1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RonoX Technologies' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

RonoX Technologies provides:

• Custom web development services
• Management Information Systems (MIS) development
• ICT consulting and support services
• Website maintenance and hosting
• E-commerce solutions
• CCTV installation and networking

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Not use our services for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Project Agreements

4.1 Proposal and Acceptance

All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and costs. Work commences only after proposal acceptance and initial payment.

4.2 Scope Changes

Any changes to project scope may result in adjusted timelines and costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

4.3 Delivery and Acceptance

Projects are considered delivered and accepted upon client approval or after 7 days of delivery without objection.

5. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Balance due upon project completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, mobile money, credit card
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings unless specified otherwise

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of all materials provided for project development.

6.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered work, excluding third-party components.

6.3 RonoX Technologies IP

We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in project development.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received during the course of business. This includes business strategies, technical information, and client data.

8. Warranties and Limitations

8.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8.3 No Guarantees

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business results from our services.

9. Support and Maintenance

• 30-day post-launch support included with all projects
• Ongoing maintenance available through separate agreements
• Emergency support available for critical issues
• Standard support response time: 24-48 hours
• Support available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EAT

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination fees may apply for work completed up to termination date.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services and components. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Clients are responsible for third-party service fees.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Nairobi.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
